Laptops for KidZ is a project of the Masonic Angel Foundation and designed to get laptop computers to kids in need. The recent batch have been generously donated by TD Bank, refurbished by dedicated Masonic volunteers and distributed to schools in the local area to be disbursed by teachers and councilors as they see fit. We would like to acknowledge how very helpful Michael Leighton and the Leighton Group was in selling our condo. A few years ago we listed our condo with Leighton and within one week they had an offer and a deposit in hand. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out a few days before closing, so the sale did not go through. (We did enjoy a wonderful vacation in Aruba with the deposit though!). The market then took a downturn and real estate at Ocean Edge was not moving. We thought we may have better luck with other realtors, and did try a couple, but with no success. We once again contracted with Leighton Realty (the market was still not doing well) and Michael Leighton and his team sold our condo within two months. Ocean Edge news: Re-paving and road repairs will be taking place on Villages Dr. beginning at the 6A entrance. Work will commence on Tuesday, April 27th and continue through Friday, April 30th.

What a week for sales. I put 6 new properties under agreement this past week and it is not even Memorial Day. Low rates and low prices equal buyers.
As of April 29th, there are currently 3 condos under agreement at the Ocean Edge Resort and all 3 are listed with my office. No other agency has any of their listings under agreement at this time! I may have another under agreement by the end of the day.
4 condos have sold this year at Ocean Edge. 3 of those have been with my office. My listings have sold for 95.69% of their listed price. The one sale that is not mine sold for 84.27% of the listed price. Not only am I selling the condos, but I am getting 11.42% more for my clients. Who should you sell or buy with?
I just put 63 Billington on the market in Brewster at the Ocean Edge Resort. This is a very well kept C style townhouse with an excellent rental history.
